The person at the front desk was the highlight of our stay. She went out of her way to help us get back a bag we'd accidentally left on our bus, and we're so grateful. Our room was roomy and comfortable, with a spotless bathroom. The quiet location felt peaceful and came with stunning views of Sapa. We had an incredible stay and highly recommend it.

The owner was the highlight for us. She helped with laundry that needed to air-dry, arranged motorbike hire, and even gave us free fruit when we asked to borrow cutlery. The room was very clean, with a huge bed, a heated blanket, a fan, and a lovely modern bathroom. It's near the local market and about a 10-15 minute walk from the town center. We'd definitely recommend Cloud House for a visit to Sapa 🌟

We loved our pretty room. While we waited for our limo pickup, the lady of the house was so accommodating and brought us coffee.

We had a great time at this hotel. The rooms were comfortable and clean, and the location was very convenient. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The breakfast and coffee were excellent too. I'd definitely recommend it.

The host was kind, friendly, and helpful, but the room was very uncomfortable. There was no heating, and no fans or air conditioning if you visit in summer. The room was basically at outdoor temperature. In January it was extremely cold and damp, and mold had formed throughout the shower and on the pillows under their cases. Towels wouldn't dry, and after using the shower once over our four days, the rest of our clothes in our luggage had become damp. You could see your breath inside. The heated blanket helped at night, but it didn't fix the overall problem. I can't understand the high reviews.
