Alice at the reception desk was a great host. She helped arrange all my tour needs for three days in a row, and her English is very fluent. I'd recommend this as a four-star stay. Thank you 🙏🏽

We honestly felt totally scammed. The room was nothing like the photos, extremely small, weird-smelling and dirty-feeling. The location is handy for the airport, but it took almost 40 minutes by Grab to get to the main parts of the city. We felt very unsafe on the ground floor, hearing yelling and banging all night. We paid $134 AUD for three nights, and I'd definitely skip this place. We left after the first night because it felt unsafe and dirty, and tried to get a refund. The guy at the front desk said there was nothing they could do because we booked through booking.com. That's fair enough, but after feeling so misled, we still thought some compensation was due. Sorry this is such a negative review, but I didn't have many good things to say about the hotel.

If you have an early flight, Lovera Hotel Airport is handy for an overnight stop, with the airport nearby. There are plenty of cafés and pho restaurants close by, and the stay was comfortable and quiet. The hot water temperature was sometimes inconsistent and hard to control. Fixing that would make the stay even better.

The area felt dodgy, and the poor sound insulation meant we could hear everything happening in the building. The sheets were dirty, and we didn't feel very safe. We left for the remaining two nights and stayed somewhere else, but were told we couldn't get a refund for those nights.
