I booked again at the same hotel for May 11-12 after realizing I'd entered the wrong date in my first reservation. On May 3, I repeatedly tried to reach them to change that booking and ask if I could leave my luggage in the lobby, but nobody replied. I also tried contacting the hotel about the second reservation, and contacted Trip.com customer service, but got no response at all. The only reply was from a chatbot, which said the hotel claimed to have a 24-hour front desk. When I went to the property in person the day after arriving in Sapa, it was completely empty, with no staff there. Please avoid this hotel.

The hostel owner is friendly and helpful, and the prices are reasonable if you're on a budget.
