A very budget-friendly place, with good staff and service and a nice view. I stayed one night with a friend. The heater wasn’t enough for Sapa’s weather, though, especially since the rooms are made of metal.

The room was good, and the receptionist was really helpful. It’s in a convenient spot, and it’s easy to get around on foot from here.

I really appreciated how enthusiastic and helpful the staff were. We checked out at noon yesterday, but our shuttle wasn’t due until 1:30. They let us stay in the room we’d rented so we could rest while we waited. Thank you so much.
