We all slept comfortably during our two nights here. The rooms were clean, the beds were good, and breakfast was included, with fresh pho made for us. It's right across from the bus station and street market, and the receptionist working during our stay was lovely, funny, and helpful. She also arranged laundry service. For a few nights in Sapa, it was a good budget-friendly hotel. One thing to know: the shower water isn't always hot. If someone has just showered, you may need to wait about half an hour for hotter water.

The hotel was quiet and very clean, and the staff were nice. Ngoc was especially helpful, thank you again. Breakfast was good too. Ngoc booked our Fansipan tickets, and we really enjoyed the trip. The large area before the cable car is worth spending time in, with shops selling crafts from the mountain ethnic groups and more.

We stayed one night, arriving to check in after midnight, and that was no problem at all. The included breakfast was good quality, and the staff were lovely for the price. When we left in the morning, the receptionist waited with us for the cab and waved goodbye. I'd definitely book here again.

We spent two nights here. The location was good, right in front of Sapa market and near the night market. The receptionist was very helpful and sweet, and you won't be disappointed with her service.

The owner of sapa full house was amazing. She let me leave my bags there for a few extra days for free. The room was comfortable, and the location near the bus station was convenient. There was also a free breakfast buffet and AC. Traffic got loud from around 6am because the hotel is so close to the bus station and market. I'd still stay again for the hospitality and convenient location.
