The employees are the sweetest people on Earth, and that alone made this little hotel worthwhile. The room and facilities were super clean, and the linens were okay. I was in a little room without outside windows, which felt weird, but I didn't mind. I looked at the bigger rooms, and they were fantastic. A must stay in Sapa.

The location was good, and the room was very nice and clean. Everyone was kind and helpful. Receptionist Anna gave me lots of tour information and booked my bus and cable car tickets. I didn't have enough cash, but she helped with that too, and I paid everything by credit card. Her husband drove me to the cable car station and the bus station. I'd recommend this place to anyone.

The bed was the softest and most comfortable I've slept on anywhere in South East Asia. Staff were lovely, picked us up from the bus, and made us really good breakfast every morning. It was very cold when we arrived, but they'd already turned on the heat for us. So dreamy. We'd booked our return bus and a trek already, and they never pushed us to buy anything. I really enjoyed my time here and would definitely come back.

Anna at the front desk was really nice and helpful. Breakfast was simple but good, and it was included with our room. The location worked well for us, outside the loud main part of town but still close enough to walk in.

The owners are seriously the kindest, and the service and amenities were very good for the price. I arrived sick, and Anna was wonderful: she gave me ginger tea, fetched my luggage from the other hotel, and checked on me every day. I'll be back in Sapa, and I'll definitely book here again.
