Quiet, clean, and good value, with free laundry that was a real plus for us. It’s a little out of town, but still walkable. The hot water wasn’t great. For the price, I’d definitely recommend it.

The room was clean enough and in good condition. It felt a bit like an AirBnB to me. This place suits people who don’t mind being about 1.7 km from the city center and walking. There’s a lot of construction around, including apartments and shophouses, and no retail services in the area yet. You’ll need a car or bike to get to the center.

The hot water runs out pretty quickly, and the place is quite far from everything right now, so I needed a taxi whenever I went out. It looks like the whole area is being built up, with lots of hotels going up around it.

The owners respond quickly whenever we have a question or need something. The hotel is clean and cosy, though it’s about a 20-minute walk from the center of Sa Pa. Very recommended!

It was my first trip to Sapa and my first stay at this hotel, and I couldn’t have been happier. The location is convenient for major attractions, restaurants, and public transport, while the surroundings stay quiet despite being in the heart of the city. My room was spacious, spotless, and had everything I needed. The bed was very comfortable, the bathroom modern and clean, and housekeeping did a thorough job every day. The staff were friendly, professional, and ready to help. Ms. Grace deserves a special mention for her local suggestions and useful tips for exploring Sapa on my own. The 1903 Sapa exceeded my expectations. I’d happily return and recommend it for a comfortable, hassle-free stay, whether you’re traveling for work or a holiday.
