The receptionist is very kind and helps whenever something comes up, though their basic English is limited and they use translation apps. For the money, the location is prime and the value is great. The room has the basics: hot water, a hair dryer, windows, a city view, a wardrobe, and a bed heater. It could be a bit cleaner, and the Wi-Fi should work all the time. Turning on the shower gets the whole bathroom wet.

Right in the middle of town, and a 20-meter walk down the street gives you a view of the sun setting right in front of you. For the money, this is definitely the nicest place I’ve stayed in Vietnam, well worth it. The owner is a very sweet lady and will do what she can to accommodate your needs. Highly recommend.

I stayed one night and found the room clean and nice enough for a short visit. The location was very good, and the staff helped me rent a scooter and get tickets to mt. fansipan. The bathroom setup could be better: the shower is beside the toilet, and the whole floor gets wet. The water wasn’t cold, but it wasn’t very warm either. Neither issue bothered me much, though both could be improved.
