We booked a Suite Garden View room for four nights, from 28 Dec 2025 to 1 Jan 2026. The location is very handy: a lift takes you to stairs that lead straight to the city center. Staff were friendly, helpful, and spoke English. The restaurant and spa massage were affordable and decent, and the massage service stays open until 11pm, useful after a long sightseeing day. The room is showing its age, but it was clean and everything worked, including the hot shower, hairdryer, TV, kettle, and AC. Soundproofing is poor, so light sleepers may struggle. Breakfast was basic but good, served from 6.30am to 9am, so take note if you like a slow morning. Good value for a 3 star hotel.

The mountain view from Panorama Hotel made for a really relaxing stay, and the location worked well for us, with restaurants and cafes nearby. My husband and I had a great honeymoon here. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and we enjoyed the massage too. Definitely recommend it. 😉

We had a very good two-night stay. Our room was spacious and clean, the beds were comfortable, and there was proper heating. The staff were polite, friendly, and always supportive. Panorama Sapa hotel is centrally placed, an easy walk from restaurants and the busy Sapa night market. I’d recommend it to other guests and would happily stay again when I visit Sapa.

Breakfast was my favorite part, everything was so good, especially the pho! The hotel is cheaper than others nearby but absolutely worth it. It’s near the city center, the rooms are nice, room service is good, and the balcony has a panoramic view of Sapa. You can exchange USD for dong at the front desk at a very good rate, and I’d recommend trying the foot massage. All the staff were kind and accommodating, especially the two girls who kept in touch with us from day one. See you around!

We’ll definitely come back. The place was comfortable, spacious, and relaxing, close to Sapa’s signature spots, and the view was beautiful. The staff were kind, helpful, funny, always smiling, and easy to approach. Even though breakfast wasn’t included in our booking, they gave us the buffet for free. Sapa Panorama Hotel, 5/5!
