The room we were given was filthy and dusty, and the pool was poorly kept. Our booking couldn’t be found, so instead of the double room with a private bathroom and air conditioning that we’d reserved, we were put in a hostel room with a shared bathroom and no AC. We were asked for 200,000 VND to get the room we had booked. After checking with the owner, he said our assigned room was correct. But when we checked out the next day, the front desk lady demanded another 200,000 VND. I asked her to confirm with the owner, and he changed his story and said we had to pay. She held our motorcycle key so we couldn’t leave. We got it back, but she kept our helmets, and we still haven’t got them back. The owner never apologized. This was the worst stay I’ve had. The staff were unprofessional, the owner dishonest, and the place unhygienic. I’d tell people to avoid it, especially with better, more trustworthy places nearby.

We woke up to a beautiful view, and the lady was incredibly kind and welcoming. It’s a lovely spot if you want to get away from the busy town. They rent motorbikes and arranged a taxi for us since it was 12 km away. Thank you so much, Cảm ơn 🙏

The rooms are stunning, the view is breathtaking, and the owners are super friendly. It’s a beautiful place for a longer stay in SaPa, though a bit far out if you’re only there for one night.

My was so sweet and helped us with everything. Her family made us really delicious meals, and we felt at home the whole time. The rooms were spacious, clean, cozy, and had an amazing view when it wasn’t cloudy. The swimming pool was really clean too, and we got to enjoy beautiful sunsets. Probably our best stay in Vietnam. We wish we’d stayed longer ❤️

We ate here every evening, and the hosts were so helpful. They also rent scooters. The place was clean and quiet, with a clean swimming pool overlooking a fantastic sunset. This was our favourite stay in Vietnam, highly recommend.
