We spent three days and two nights there, and it felt like paradise. The weather was extremely cold, so a heater in the room would have made the stay even more comfortable. A special thanks to the male concierge who kindly helped secure our luggage to the motorbike. His helpfulness meant a lot, and the stay was lovely and memorable.

Getting to the hotel was a bit difficult, and our friends struggled to get a Grab back because of the broken road. When they finally found one, it only took them part of the way, so they had to walk the rest. We did have the hotel driver take us to several places the next day, and he even picked us up at 10pm. The top bungalow had a beautiful, peaceful view, with the cable car visible above. Our room was nice, though the mattress was very hard and we had to ask for a replacement pillow because ours was flat. Breakfast was very good. On our first night we arrived late and needed food, and the receptionist kindly gave us five pot noodles to take to the room. It was a pleasant two-night stay with friends, but I probably wouldn’t return because of the access.

A great place for families, couples, or anyone wanting to unwind between sightseeing. The rooms were clean, the in-house food was good, and the staff were very courteous. It felt warm even in the chilly winter, and the place looked magical in the evening. 10/10.

The smiling staff helped with everything we needed, arranged scooters, and took care of the food, which was wonderful. The cottages are lovely, with beautiful mountain and rice field views, water buffaloes, and a wonderfully peaceful atmosphere. It’s a great place to relax and worth staying at. If you’re exploring Sapa, stop by this beautiful complex with its swimming pool. You won’t regret it ❤️😍

The road up to the hotel was a little rough, and there wasn’t a fridge in the room, but those were small drawbacks. The room was spacious and very clean, with a spectacular view. I enjoyed the stay and would recommend it.
