The staff and owners were genuinely the best, so friendly and ready to help with everything. They shared ideas about the area, money exchange, and routes, and suggested a van service that was cheap and comfortable. They even gave my grandma a whole birthday cake and a birthday hat for her birthday, which was so sweet. There's also a clothing shop next door with better deals than the markets. Our room was clean, comfortable, and spacious, with a nice bathroom, shower, and bathtub. This is the best hotel we've booked. Thank you so much Stella Boutique Hotel!! 🥺😭😭💕

We started our first Vietnam trip here, and it was a great first stop. The location made it easy to find food nearby, and ATM machines were close. The Sa Pa night market and other key landmarks were within walking distance. The room was surprisingly spacious and had electric blankets, which kept it cozy in the very cold Sa Pa weather. The bathroom had heated water, but after the first use we had to wait 15 minutes for it to get hot again. Courteous staff helped us check in and find our room. Breakfast was included for both days. The buffet had enough variety and tasted good, and you could ask for dishes like pho or eggs. Their clothing shop is worth a look too, with a good choice of jackets and winter wear at reasonable prices. I would recommend Stella De Boutique to anyone staying in Sa Pa.

We were a family of nine, and the hotel was well worth the price, maybe even more. The rooms were spotless, check-in and check-out went smoothly, and breakfast had lots of choices and was superb. Staff helped arrange tours and spoke good English, always ready to assist with anything we needed. It's also conveniently located near the city center. We'd recommend it to anyone visiting Sapa, and I'll stay here again when I return. 😁

The heated mattress pads were a great touch for our December visit. Our family of four, including two kids, found the rooms clean and comfortable, and the service and breakfast were both very good. We had a fantastic stay at Stella and would absolutely recommend it and come back.
