The hotel was within walking distance of everything, and after such a long, rough day on the road, it felt like a real refuge. Our huge room had two queen beds, a tub, hot shower, good Wi-Fi, a fridge, two desks, a closet, an elevator, plus slippers and robes. The beds were incredibly comfortable and the pillows were so soft. There was plenty of parking, and I couldn't find anything else to complain about. There was a big karaoke party on the second floor that first Friday night, but it wrapped up right at 9:30 and things went completely quiet. Every night after that was peaceful too. I could've stayed forever. I don't usually write reviews, but I really wanted to say how grateful I was for such a wonderful place when I needed one.

For 450k, breakfast included, it was good value. The room was clean, nicely lit, and had a great bed, smart TV, and even a bathtub. Breakfast was simple.

I showed up without a reservation. They quoted 360k VND for a room with breakfast, which I didn't want, and the best price without it was 350k VND. That barely made sense. The room was roomy and basically fine, as long as you don't inspect the walls too closely.

The bed and shower were excellent, and the room had plenty of space. The heater wasn't very good, though it did help during the cold December weather. Breakfast was decent, but they shouldn't assume foreign guests would rather have bread than noodle soup.

The hotel is beautiful and clean, which made the poor service stand out. The staff seemed very badly trained, and communication was awful because they didn't speak English. Breakfast was also thrown together quickly by the same person who was handling everything else.
