Resort Pù luông Boutique Garden

Service was warm from booking through departure, always with a smile. The design is thoughtful, especially the dining area beneath a large traditional wooden house. The lodge is tucked among rice fields and fits its surroundings well, with a peaceful, secluded feel, though it doesn’t have the sweeping views some other lodges offer. There were several issues during our stay. The rooms aren’t fully sealed, so insects get in. The mosquito net didn't solve it, since bugs could get trapped inside or fall onto the net above the bed. We spent time clearing them out each evening and still got bitten. Food and drinks were particularly expensive and not especially memorable. Prices are high by Vietnamese standards, putting the hotel in the luxury category, but the experience didn’t quite match that level. It may be worth dining elsewhere. Maintenance could be better too, as many pool tiles were broken. One afternoon, large groups staying in the dorm used the pool fully clothed. It made the experience less pleasant, especially as it felt more like people were washing laundry than swimming. A basic swimwear policy would help. Construction next door during our stay also detracted from the peaceful atmosphere, particularly when relaxing by the pool, though that was beyond the hotel's control.

We only planned one night, but loved the place enough to stay five. Our Junior Suite was spacious and comfortable, with a lovely bathroom and an amazing terrace view. After exploring each day, it was worth coming back to relax in the room or outside on the terrace. The staff were very friendly and took good care of us the whole time. We’ll definitely return, and highly recommend this beautiful resort for a restful getaway in Pu Luong.

What stayed with me most was the kindness here. The staff and local people were sincere and warm, with thoughtful gestures and welcoming smiles. The landscape is just as memorable, all that lush green stretching around the hotel and making everything feel calm. Even sitting with coffee on the balcony makes you want to slow down and take a deeper breath. This place felt like a quiet little masterpiece, a nourishing stay for both body and soul.

We were impressed by how helpful the staff were, and the food was tasty. From the terrace facing balcony, the views are incredible. We stayed in mid December, when the area was especially quiet and the temperature felt mild and comfortable. Don’t skip the sightseeing tours. A great place to stay!
