Hoa Lan Resort

I loved hearing the ocean from our room at night, and the bed was so comfortable. The ceiling fan kept things extra cool, too. Everyone working here was incredibly friendly and helpful. They handled all our requests quickly and went above and beyond to assist us. This fishing village by the coast made a perfect little getaway, though I only wish we'd stayed longer. Thank you, and I hope to come back.

We ended up returning to Hoa Loi Resort even though we had been staying at the nearby 5* resort. The family cooked delicious fresh seafood, and the whole stay felt like an authentic Vietnamese experience. We felt at home. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. The bungalows are right on the beach, cute and cozy, with rooms that suit a couple. You can hear the waves while sleeping. They have air-conditioning, a fan system, a fridge, hairdryers, and other basics. There's also an infinity pool on a terrace overlooking the beach. The long, gorgeous shoreline is a spectacular spot for sunrise if you get up early. You can rent a boat to explore the coral reefs nearby, and there are snorkeling masks and stand-up paddles available too. I highly recommend spending time at Hoa Loi Resort and will return on my next Vietnam trip.

It's a small resort run by local owners, right on a beautiful beach. You can watch sunrise from bed, and we heard none of the highway or city noise. Pham speaks English very well and arranged everything, including a pickup from the bus after its unscheduled stop. We snorkeled and saw brightly colored fish, then took a scooter ride in the afternoon along a good path past nice beaches. Locals were fishing, and their restaurants served the freshest food. Thank you very much!

The four of us found the room clean when we arrived, and the beds had been pushed together into one, which made it really cozy. The staff and owner were extremely friendly and quick to help, and the food was really good. We came with family for the holidays and had a great time. The view and beach were lovely, with no waves at all. Seeing the corals and fish cost only 250k vnd, a cheap price for excellent service. We'd definitely come back.
