The hotel has its own restaurant and serves breakfast for free. The dishes are varied and tasty, though they seem pricier than what other restaurants recommend. If you don’t already have a restaurant in mind, I’d definitely suggest eating here. The room was clean and comfortable, and there’s a rooftop pool, a small gym, and a coffee bar. The hotel sits right across from the central square. Getting there by car can be tricky, but the guard can help you find parking.

I only went up for the rooftop bar, not the hotel. It was nighttime and a bit chilly, so I didn’t have the nerve to get in the pool, but I’d definitely swim there on a hot day. From the roof, Tam Dao looks stunning at night. It’s not traditional at all, with businesses everywhere, but the restaurants and hotels light up the whole city and make for a lovely panorama.
