The location is the only good thing about this hotel. The room was filthy, with no sheet cover, only a Donna, and the bathroom smelled. There was no heater in winter when it was 11 degree. I'm very disappointed. This definitely isn't a 3-star hotel. The laundry service was bad too. I'd suggest staying somewhere a little farther out for better service and cleaner rooms.

It must have been a great hotel when it was built. It was clearly well-invested at one point, with a reasonably nice design, lots of rooms with good views, a nice lobby, outdoor patios, and a rooftop restaurant and bar, right beside the stone church. Now it's moldy and badly managed, one of the worst-run hotels in Tam Đảo. The staff are so disinterested that even the monks at the nearby monastery might envy them. The so-called restaurant is basically a storage room. Unless you have a group of twenty or more, they won't even open it for you, probably for the best. If they do cook, you'll wish they hadn't. And don't bother asking the manager to fix anything. She isn't there to solve problems, she is the problem. The rates are like those of one of the finest places in town. Avoid it if you can.

The location is right in the heart of town, which is the one upside. The accommodation was terrible, the service was awful, and they wouldn't honor their commitment even though we booked more than a month in advance.
