The breakfast and coffee were excellent each morning, served in a clean, relaxed setting. Khách sạn White Palace Lam Sơn exceeded my expectations, with comfort and amenities equal to or better than many hotels I’ve stayed in across the U.S. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Thái Bình, and I’m already looking forward to returning. Thái Bình is my family’s ancestral hometown, with hundreds of years of history connected to this region. My first visit was 20 years ago, when we stayed in an old French colonial hotel with no elevator and frequent power blackouts. Seeing how much the area has grown since then amazes me. It’s no longer just rice fields and farming; there are factories, new developments, and modern comforts like this beautiful hotel.

The lobby and front of the hotel are especially beautiful. The rooms were just okay during my stay, though. They really need glass shower screens, and I had some bug issues in my room. Thai Binh is a bit country compared with other cities in northern Vietnam, so bear that in mind. The staff were professional and accommodating, and they did their best.

It looks like a very luxurious hotel, but as usual, Vietnam hotel prices are always the best. From what I know, the rooms are cheaper than in other countries and good enough for the price, though not cheap Charly. 😀😀😀👍👍👍😍😍😍😍
