I found Kim Thái Hotel a comfortable place to stay, with clean, tidy, well-maintained rooms and friendly staff who were ready to help. The city-center location makes it easy to explore, with the museum and Võ Nguyên Giáp Square nearby. It has free Wi-Fi, parking, an in-house restaurant, and breakfast. For a 3-star hotel, the price offers good value, whether you're traveling for business or leisure. A reliable choice in Thái Nguyên with good service and a great location.

I wasn't sure what to expect in Thai nguyen, but the hotel surprised me in a good way. The rooms were just like the photos, spacious, and very comfortable. The staff were all very young, yet attentive and incredibly helpful whenever I asked for anything, always with a big smile. The one downside was that three or four rooms on my floor, occupied by people I think were Chinese guests, often had their doors open, and they yelled to each other from room to room.

The staff and the hotel were lovely, and I've no complaints. The rooms are very comfortable, the beds are great, and breakfast was lovely. The location is decent too. As an English traveller who's been south to north Vietnam over a few months, I'm still amazed by how kind people are here, and this hotel was no exception. I mentioned to the lady in charge of the spa that I needed to shop for a few things. Later that evening, staff picked me up and took me to a few shops, purely as a kind gesture. I truly appreciated it.
