Ni is the hotel's best asset. She is simply the best and keeps everything running perfectly. I was pleasantly surprised by what I got for the amount I paid for a one-night stay. The room was clean and comfortable, and the pool looked clean and well maintained. It's close enough to walk to the old town, and the front desk can tell you about golf cart transport to various hotels. Breakfast is available, but you have to order it the day before. It was adequate, though not a traditional spread.

The hotel is a bit dated, but very clean and well kept, and I had a comfortable stay at Old Town Hotel in Hoi An. The staff were welcoming throughout. Ni and Thuong at reception were especially helpful and accommodating, always smiling and making check-in, questions, and requests easy. For a mid-range stay in Hoi An, I'd recommend it if you want a clean, comfortable place with good service.

The front desk ladies were so kind, and we appreciated the amenities and tours they offered. The rooms are beautiful and the pool is great. Excellent location, and worth the money!

It's just outside the busy zone, and I highly recommend it. We stayed 5 nights, with spotless rooms and very comfortable beds. Breakfast downstairs was excellent and well worth the small extra charge. Every staff member was wonderful, and they made the stay memorable.

The room was clean and well kept, with a comfortable bed and a good breakfast. The hotel is close to everything, tucked away in a nice alley that's quiet at night, so I slept great. Ni greeted me when I arrived late and made sure check-in was quick. Love you guys, love Hoi Ann. Good luck and take care!
