Sea View DN Hotel

The room was lovely, clean, and beautiful, with fantastic views, and the staff were warm and friendly. Being a bit outside town can be a nice thing. My only real issue was a fitness group playing loud hardcore music at 5:30 every morning, Sundays included. I wish the hotel managers would ask them to move just a little farther away. I would've given five stars otherwise.

The mountain view from the hallway was my favorite part, and the place was very quiet. Staff were kind too. When our TV stopped working, they quickly switched it out. Housekeeping were sweet and left water and coffee outside after knocking, though there are no do not disturb signs. I felt uneasy about the windows above the bed and the hallway cameras, since I couldn't tell whether staff could see into my room. I put a pillow over the window for privacy. Laundry was too expensive for me at 50.000 per kg. Also, the seafood restaurant next door meant it constantly smelled of seafood outside, which I'm not fond of. That's not the hotel's fault.

Great spot for hiking, but Room 202 was moldy and my lungs felt bad in the morning. We couldn't switch rooms because the place was fully booked. Housekeeping knocked at 8:30 and jolted us awake, so keep the do not disturb sign on all the time. I wouldn't recommend it.

The kitchen was broken and the wood was rotten, so the place needs a full renovation. Everything felt sticky and disgusting to touch. The room was full of mold and stank of fried chicken from the never-cleaned kitchen. Street noise came from both sides, and the elevator was only about two meters from where we slept, with people using it. I've lived in Da nang for a year and never seen apartments this dirty. Not recommended at all. Yuk... 🤢🤢🤢
