I was there for four days and no one came to do housekeeping. They didn’t change the sheets or replace the towels unless I asked. If you need daily housekeeping, I wouldn’t recommend this place.

Wi-Fi only worked in the kitchen, even though the bedroom is where I needed it most. When I asked to switch rooms, he told me to stay put. Awful service.

The people were polite and helpful, and the place felt cozy with a comfortable bed. We had a nice time, but power was out on our last morning. That really sucked.

Rooms here are clean, and the staff are very friendly. I found them much better than those at the large nearby Dong-A Plaza. There's a microwave and induction cooktop in the room, and Dong-A Plaza has a supermarket and a Vinmart convenience store on its first floor, so it's easy to pick up groceries, simple meals, or Korean ramen. Korean and Japanese restaurants are close by too, if you don't feel like cooking. One downside is the noise from the club that recently opened right next door. The mid-range rooms are farther from it and much better, so I'd avoid the cheapest rooms if you can.
