At Panoramic View Hotel, the staff made the stay feel warm and comfortable. They were ready to help, from local attraction suggestions to arranging sightseeing tours and other requests. The hotel is in the heart of Thanh Hoá city, with views of the city landmarks and nearby river. There’s a mix of Vietnamese dishes and international food, prepared by skilled chefs. A welcoming place for a stay in the city.

A drunk or possibly intoxicated stranger tried to break into my room. I called reception twice, but they just said they couldn't speak English and hung up both times. I was close to calling the police. The worst hotel I've ever stayed in.

The restaurant wasn't good enough to match the hotel, so that's why I gave it four stars. Still, it’s a good option in Thanh Hoa, and a cozy, relaxing place to stay. There are a few things that could be improved.

The room was clean and stylish, and the staff who spoke English were friendly. I booked a deluxe room, but it only had a shower, no bathtub.

I was here just for the gala dinner. The food wasn't anything special for a five-star hotel, as people had said, and I felt the service staff seemed unprofessional. I don't know about the rooms.
