The staff were professional and friendly, and breakfast was amazing. The room was very comfortable, and the location was perfect. It’s a very fair price for what you get. I’d definitely recommend staying here if you’re passing through this fun city.

There are lots of restaurants and shops around the hotel. It’s fully accessible for wheelchair users, including the bathrooms. The staff are very friendly, and some speak English. Google Translate can help you get by.

The staff were professional, but the service didn’t feel like anyone was trying to make the stay memorable. Although I’d paid for breakfast, there were never any seats when I arrived, and they didn’t seem interested in sorting that out. My room had ants, and the bathtub wouldn’t hold water. This place could become a great hotel, but it isn’t there yet.

We liked it so much that we booked another night, and we’d absolutely stay here again. The buffet breakfast was fabulous, with lots of choice and beautifully cooked Asian food. It was one of the best breakfasts we’ve had in four months of traveling around South East Asia. The friendly, helpful staff all spoke good English. Our bedroom and bathroom were modern, clean, and just like the website photos. The beds were comfy, and there was a fridge, air conditioning, hair dryer, kettle, and free tea and coffee. Our bicycles could be kept safely inside.

Our first room had only a fan, and it was rubbish. After we spoke to reception, they moved us to a room with an AC unit.
