A really lovely place to get some sleep.

The staff member was so kind and helped us with several things. Our room was clean enough for the three of us, though the water pressure in mine was pretty weak. The price was affordable, and despite construction next door during our stay, it stayed quiet in the mornings and at night. There’s a little supermarket downstairs called K Mart with lots of Korean products.

The location is the big draw, across from sculpture square by the Han River and close to Han market. There’s a supermarket downstairs that sells Korean goods, and the staff were good. It’s a four-floor place with three rooms per floor, including one river-view room on each level. The entrance to the lobby and stairs is a little cramped, but the furnishings seem good, and the river-view room even has a huge, home-style wardrobe ^^. There’s no breakfast, and the rooms, especially the ones with a nice view, seem a bit pricey. If you can get a cheaper rate, it’s worth considering for the location. The listed maximum price is 800k.

Being less than 100 meters from Han Market and having a river view made the place worthwhile for the price. I stayed in the fourth-floor river-view room, which was quite nice. The heat was the main discomfort, but otherwise I was satisfied. Check-in took a little longer because reception seemed unable to find my reservation. The bathroom was very clean, maybe because it had been remodeled, and there’s a Kmart on the ground floor.
