I booked and paid for a room on July 12, 2025, under reservation number 1629762451. I was told all the rooms were occupied and that they don't accept Agoda reservations. My money still hasn't been refunded. I don't recommend this place; it feels like a scam. I kept my documents, photos, and videos from when I was there at 9 pm and couldn't find anyone. I asked a neighboring house for help, and we called her. She said they don't deal with Agoda and that the rooms were full. The amount still hasn't been returned. This hotel has also previously refused to accommodate a Vietnamese family with the same explanation.

The receptionist was incredibly kind and happy to arrange tours, buses, or bikes, and to help make the stay in Vietnam go smoothly. There’s breakfast, air conditioning, and a minibar too. The place is near Hoi An’s old town, but far enough away to avoid the tourist noise.

Such a nice stay. The rooms were clean, and the staff were really friendly and helpful. Even the minibar prices were fair, about the same as buying water or beer from a street vendor.

The courtyard was lovely and the people there were really nice, but the bathrooms were dingy and dirty. Sanitation matters a lot in guest rooms.

Terrible place to stay. There were bugs all over the room, and the hot water lasted only about five minutes a day. When I got my laundry back, it was still wet.
