The front desk lady, Vun, was so caring and accommodating. I only stayed one night, but it was really nice. The room was quiet and comfortable, and the location was good. I'd definitely come back, and highly recommend it for the comfort and experience.

The room in the photos I booked wasn't what I found, and the information had been wrong, which was disappointing. It was dirty, old, and poorly maintained, with areas that hadn't been cleaned well. There was hair around and a lot of cockroaches. Cleaning was clearly not done properly, and the staff were unfriendly. Terrible.

AMAZING street, and the hotel was really nice with sweet service. My room had no window, but I didn't mind.

The low price doesn't help when the place is so dirty, noisy, and full of mold. There were plate-sized patches on the walls and ceilings that had been painted over again and again. Painting over it clearly didn't make the mold go away. We planned to stay seven days, but left after two because my boyfriend, who has allergies, got sick from the mold. The Booking.com photos and reviews have nothing to do with the reality. Stay away.

The room was a decent size, and the mattress was really comfortable. Hotel beds in Western countries are usually so soft that I wake up with back pain, so this one suited me much better. The staff were kind and friendly too. Honestly, I think the service from people in Vietnam is the best.
