The hotel was okay, but the owner said they no longer work with OYO. I booked through OYO and paid in the app, but the hotel wouldn't accept either my booking or that payment. I ended up paying 220K VND in cash at reception. The OYO app and support were both useless.

We rented two Honda Air Blade motorcycles from the hotel, and one was in bad shape, so we got a replacement. At checkout they still asked us to pay for the broken bike. It turned out it belonged to the receptionist's friend, not the hotel. The receptionist yelled across the hotel for everyone to pay for it, then pocketed the money. What a rude person. Someone like that has no place in the hotel business.

I booked a room at Phuoc Ha Hotel on Dong Ke Street, Da Nang, a day ahead so my family and I could shelter from Typhoon No. 13. The hotel representative confirmed they had a room and arranged it, taking my name and phone number. When I asked about a deposit, they told me to check in as the typhoon approached. As the storm neared land, we went to check in, but the hotel said it was full and apologized, asking us to understand. I'm sorry to leave a 1-star rating, but if the typhoon had hit, I wouldn't have known where to take shelter. I'd trusted them and booked in advance. Very disappointing.
