I want to recognize Nhung Sol from the sales coordination team. She made our trip wonderful, and I'd happily stay at Melia Thanh Hoa Hotel again and recommend it to people I know. It's a great hotel, with a nice room and a good location.

My corner room was spotless, lovely, and very comfortable. It had three kinds of pillows, foam, feather, and hypoallergenic, plus a real oil painting rather than a print. Those details made a difference. Breakfast had a fresh mix of Vietnamese and Western options, and the restaurant on 34 was excellent. Service was incredible throughout, from the front desk and breakfast team to housekeeping and the rooftop bar staff. The housekeepers smiled and said hello whenever I passed them. The bartender made a perfect Old Fashioned and Whiskey Sour. I found out the bar waiter had worked at the Capella Hanoi, which helps explain the great service. On my first night, I found dead batteries in the TV remote and a dim bulb in a table lamp. I asked for replacements at 10pm, and smiling staff had both sorted within 15 minutes. The high ratings are well deserved. I'll definitely be back.

Loved the service, especially the little head massage at the end. They also kept my coffee cold in their fridge while I was having a massage. Would recommend.

Mr thanh, the Front Office Manager, was very helpful. The hotel is great value, with a really big, nice pool, a gym, sauna, and hamam.

The breakfast buffet had a great range of fresh choices, and the location was ideal, near shops, restaurants, and public transport. My room was modern, spotless, and very comfortable. The staff were exceptionally friendly and went out of their way to make everything right. I had a fantastic stay and would come back.
