COMMON INN Thu Dau Mot

The room and the noise made this one of my worst stays. The floors were so dirty my feet turned black (see pic), the air conditioning doesn’t switch off automatically, and the safe isn’t attached to anything. The desk staff were attentive and friendly, but the security guard was useless. I asked for a quiet room for one night and was put away from the Main Street, but facing the side street. Noise went on nonstop: honking, revving engines, a vendor’s looping audio, loud bar music, and people shouting. There’s construction directly across the street, starting at 7am even on Sunday. The room seems to have a direct hole to the outside (see pic), with essentially no window, and I slept terribly. Noise inside was just as bad, like an echo chamber. I could hear every movement upstairs, someone sneezing in another room, and the elevator chiming, right up until 2am. People partying were also smoking in the halls. I’d stay somewhere else. Common Inn isn’t for quiet travellers.

Really clean room, modern interior, and a new hotel. There’s a lovely vibe downstairs around the bar and coffee area, plus a big rooftop where you can get some fresh air.

The studio was comfortable and had a kitchenette, good value for the price. I also liked the relaxed, sophisticated feel, the nice lobby, and its coffee drinks and bar. Staff were very friendly and helpful. There are Vietnamese, Korean, Japanese, Chinese, and Western restaurants all a short walk away. A real gem and great value.

In the middle of all the activity in Bình Dương, this hotel felt like a lovely surprise and a comfortable place to settle in. The rooms are clean, well equipped, and have thoughtful touches. It feels professional enough for business, but cozy enough to feel like home. Service was attentive when I needed it while still giving me space. There’s a quiet care in how things are handled that made the stay feel complete and fulfilling, in a way that’s hard to explain but easy to appreciate. A wonderful option for comfort and convenience. Highly recommended.
