The airport pickup was helpful, so we didn’t have to deal with the chaos after landing. Nearby restaurants and coffee shops were only a few steps away, and the friendly, helpful staff made it feel like five-star value. Our room was checked daily and the essentials were restocked. After long days out, we’d come back to a neatly made bed, which we appreciated with our little boy, who can’t resist making a mess. The Lunar New Year decorations were impressive, and we took some photos during our stay.

Staff were polite and spoke good English. The hotel was easy to find in the heart of Chanh Nghia, and the rooms were comfortable. For the price, it’s worth it.

After we left and later returned for a wedding, our group had a terrible stay. Reception was poor, English was limited, and communication was bad. People in the group found bad smells, hair in the beds, no hot water, or bugs in their rooms. One person was moved twice and then they tried to charge extra. During my own stay of over a week, the room was okay but overpriced, there was rarely hot water, and the air conditioner filter was very dirty. None of us will return.

If you’re doing business in the Binh Duong area, it’s a nice place to stay. The staff were friendly, and the breakfast was average, with more options for Vietnamese tastes, though there was the usual omelette station, pho, yogurt, and coffee. My twin room was spacious, as was the bathroom, but the TV faced one bed. The TV wasn’t a big deal, though. It’s a vintage-looking hotel with a grand lobby and a nice rocking swing outside. The residential area is quiet, but there are plenty of places to eat, get a massage, and go to KTV nearby.
