After a long day, the pool is a nice place to unwind, with plenty of loungers and a relaxed bar serving Sapporo or Tiger on draft, plus cocktails like Negronis and Singapore Slings. Rooms are clean, modern, and cozy, with a comfortable bed and soft lighting controlled from beside the bed. Breakfast has a good spread, including pho and an omelette station. It’s about an hour north of downtown Saigon. There’s an AEON mall nearby, though not much food within easy walking distance.

This was a real gem in the Bonvoy family. As a Bonvoy Elite Titanium member, I came away very happy with my stay. The staff were warm and accommodating, and even though English isn’t their first language, they owned any mistakes and made me feel like family. Lady Italia at reception and her colleague Lucy were both so sweet, especially Lady Italia. Please keep these employees happy, they deserve it. I’d book here without hesitation and wouldn’t let the bad reviews put me off. This is an honest review from the heart.

If you’re hoping to explore Ho Chi Minh City, I wouldn’t recommend staying here because the hotel is quite far from the center. During the stay, staff seemed indifferent to guest requests and problems. Breakfast was also quite poor, and the table setup left a lot to be desired, with no disposable napkins on the tables.

There isn’t much Western food on offer, which could be inconvenient for some travelers. Still, I really enjoyed my stay and would come back. The room was clean, comfortable, and kept in good condition, and the staff were friendly and ready to help. The location felt peaceful while still being close to everything.
