A big thank-you to MrTấn Phát. He was always helpful and ready to support us whenever we needed it. I think he deserves an award for best receptionist of the year 👍

The room hadn't been cleaned, and the bed still smelled of the previous guest and had stains. I caught employees sneaking into the room while I was away, and believe they were stealing. When I raised it with management, they insisted they had come in to clean. We were only staying one night and hadn't checked out, so why would they be cleaning?

The unit wasn't maintained well, and basic cooking supplies weren't provided. The AC was a weak standalone unit rather than central air. The service was awful.
