Silver Beach Resort Ke Ga

The staff were the best part, so nice and supportive, and the service was great. We had a good time at Silver Beach Ke Ga. The resort is newly built, with open space and a green garden and lawn. Our bungalow was large enough for three adults or a small family, and the kids loved the pool. Room amenities weren’t that great, but it was reasonably priced and good value. We’ll come back.

I booked three nights over Easter weekend, but there were major renovations happening when we arrived. I was about to leave, but they persuaded me to stay. On the second night, a huge company party played ear-shattering doof doof music for hours. After more than 10 years, this is the first hotel I’ve walked out of. Many things in our room were broken, and much of what you see online seems to be from an earlier version or fake. Beware, avoid this hotel.

When my family checked out very early, my mother accidentally dropped all of her trip money on the way out. We only realized almost an hour later, then called Silver Beach Resort. They immediately searched and found it. It was $6,000 USD, not a small amount. That kind of honesty and kindness is rare anywhere in the world, and we’ll always remember what the resort did for us. A huge thank you to Dạ Phương, who kept in touch with us on WhatsApp and was incredibly helpful, kind, and patient. She went above and beyond. We also want to thank Tấn Phong and his father, easily the best drivers in all of Vietnam. We hired them for a full day to visit family in different towns and stop at several churches. They were professional and patient, and treated us like their own family. We couldn’t have asked for better people to look after us on the road. Silver Beach Resort, thank you for taking care of us. We’ll absolutely be back.

The villas with private pools are a standout, especially for families or groups who want their own space. The resort feels natural and open, with plenty of greenery and spacious grounds. What really made the stay was the staff: reception, security, and support were all enthusiastic and ready to help, and made us feel welcome and well cared for ✨️✨️🎉
