The main drawback is that there’s no elevator, which could be difficult for anyone with mobility problems. We were fine using the stairs. Otherwise, we couldn’t fault Vaia Hotel for the price. We stayed one night with my wife, and it had everything we wanted in Hoi An. The staff were welcoming, especially Ms Phuong at the front desk. Our room was clean and comfortable, with all the amenities. Breakfast was freshly cooked and adequate to start the day. It’s about a 10-minute walk to the main parts of the Old Town, and Vaia staff also arranged our transfer to the next hotel in Da Nang. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

The rooms were spacious, clean, comfortable and wonderful, and breakfast was just right. Staff were kind and attentive, and the pool made a lovely place to relax, with a great temperature and gorgeous foliage. The whole place had a positive energy, and I loved staying here. I’ll definitely come back. Thanks to the staff for making it even more enjoyable. It’s right outside the Old Town, an easy walk from the night market, park and bridges, with great places to eat nearby.

For the price, the room had everything we needed, including a lovely bathroom, daily housekeeping and free water. The receptionists were professional, kind and helpful, and made the stay feel personal. The main receptionist on duty during our visit, whose name I unfortunately didn’t catch, was incredible with every question from my mum and me. Before checkout I messaged to ask about a scale, and she showed up at our door moments later with a little luggage scale. When we left, she gave us a delicious pack of biscuits. We had a perfect time at Vaia. It’s just a street away from Hoi An’s busy buzz, and the free bikes each day made our trip much better. Free breakfast in the morning was a lovely bonus too. Definitely recommend it.

The free bikes were handy. We rode to the beach in 15 minutes, and walked to the Hoi an old town bazaar in 7. There are lots of places nearby for eating, drinking and shopping. Breakfast is included, served as a small open buffet each day, and was quite sufficient, with some traditional Vietnamese delicacies too. The rooms are clean and nice, and the staff helpful with everything. It’s close to both the beach and Old Town. We had a holiday that felt like home, thank you.

There are plenty of free bikes in good working order to take out whenever you like, and the pool is fantastic. The hotel is only a short distance from the old section. Rooms are nice and have all the amenities, with the best showers I’ve had in all of vietnam. Staff are super friendly, the service is great, and you feel well looked after.
