You can walk to food and a convenience stall from here. The taps and other bathroom equipment are digital, while some of the other furniture is a bit run down. The counter staff spoke English well and seemed proficient in Mandarin too, probably because there are many Taiwanese in the area.

The area works well for business, with IDZs nearby and some nice coffee shops around. The bathroom curtain was worn out, with heavy mold along the bottom. Breakfast was poor, and I'm pretty sure it would make you sick after several days. The forks and spoons also need a more careful wash.

The location is perfect, but the room smelled bad and wasn't very hygienic. The staff weren't friendly, especially the receptionist.

The price is affordable, the restaurant food tastes good, and all the service staff are very kind.

I guess the owners live on the top floor. Nice of them to come home late and blast loud music from 1am until 6am.
