Full Moon Apartments

Ricky was kind, cheerful, and attentive throughout our 6 night stay, and even managed to help us find a motorbike when hardly any were available. We really appreciated the effort and would gladly stay again. My partner and I had a fantastic time at Full Moon Apartments. The apartment was tidy and clean when we arrived, and the bed was very comfortable.

The staff and service were the best part, as they are across Vietnam. Nothing felt like too much to ask, and Ricky especially went above and beyond with all our requests. Laundry is available here too, and it comes back quickly smelling amazing, which really matters when you’re traveling. We had a one-bedroom apartment with a sitting room and pull out couch. The TV had all the apps, so we could relax at the end of the day and watch something in English. The place is great value, breakfast is super tasty, and the location is hard to beat, with everything within walking distance. The pool is gorgeous, with crystal clear water that was so refreshing in the heat. Just be aware that some rooms face the pickleball court, where play starts very early. If you’re a light sleeper, ask for a room facing away from it.

The location is ideal, right by the old town but away from its chaos. The modern amenities and helpful staff made for a great experience, and they even gave me extra snacks. I’d definitely stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay in these beautiful apartments, and the location was excellent. Most of the staff were kind and helpful. The reception manager, Vicky, was often unfriendly and spoke in a harsh, almost aggressive way. A small booking mistake made just after we reserved became stressful, and there was more unnecessary tension at checkout over minibar water, even though we’d specifically been told at check-in that it was free. Vicky asked us to help with other guests during our stay, but didn’t offer the same support in return. For such an expensive place, the service could have been more understanding and professional.
