Right in the city center, so getting around was easy. The rooms were clean and had all the necessary facilities. The owners were kind and keen to help, and pointed me toward local places to eat that were tasty and affordable.

The family were kind, and their child was adorable. It’s also within walking distance of a big market and well-known restaurants. I stayed five nights. There was no cleaning or change of towels or sheets during that time, though I suppose they might do it if asked. The hair dryer and kettle weren’t in the room either, so I asked to borrow them. Please think of this as a guesthouse rather than a hotel, even though the price is about the same as a hotel. I was put off by a sexual stain on the sheets. The water pressure was weak too, and the bathroom plumbing needs maintenance.

The house is right in the center, which made it easy to get around and find good food. There are lots of nice restaurants nearby, including a great braised duck place on Le Loi street. The owners are really kind and enthusiastic. Booking here felt safe and comfortable 😎

The owners were enthusiastic and helpful. They even carried my huge suitcase upstairs, which was great since there’s no elevator. They let me check in free at 2 AM, and after checkout I could shower in the bathroom before catching my bus. My room was spacious and airy, even nicer than the photos :))). The bathroom was clean, though shower gel and hand soap would have been a welcome addition. The air conditioner was ice cold, and the water heater worked perfectly. The location is central and convenient for getting around. The price seemed reasonable: 600 for a double room with a balcony, and 300 for a single without one. 10/10, highly recommended.
