Our room was simple, clean, tidy and cozy, with working hot water. It looked out over the park, though part of the view faced a nearby building. There was some low background noise behind a door that seemed to lead to machinery or a service area. That was a minor downside. The hotel is right on the main street, and there’s a nice rooftop bar. The receptionist was friendly and helpful. Good value for the price in this area.
We liked our first stay so much that we booked here again when we returned to Tuy Hoa. The rooms are spacious enough and have the amenities we needed. There are lots of places to eat within walking distance, and the beach is nearby. Motorcycle parking is limited, especially around holidays. Affordable and good value overall.
The rooms are clean and modern, and the rooftop bar is a must for cocktails with a lovely city view. This was my third visit to Tuy Hòa, Phú Yên, and my third stay at Coconut Hotel. Service, rooms and location have been 5/5 each time.
The staff were super friendly and helpful, and the location is great. I’d highly recommend it.
The room had nice interior design and new furnishings, and the rooftop views were good. But the kitchen was dirty, and the staff were frying or burning food. I tried to eat there at dinner and breakfast, but couldn’t. The coconut hotel is on the biggest road, so it was noisy. It also didn’t feel cozy or have the lush greenery I expected from the pictures. In the morning, motorbikes filled the lobby and the door was locked. There was no basement or emergency exit, which felt very dangerous. Reception wasn’t on duty and didn’t seem to care.
