The location was convenient and the reception staff were friendly, but housekeeping was terrible. When I got back from a trip, my Sensodyne toothpaste was missing. I raised it with reception, and a room service attendant named Lan came in and spoke aggressively, accusing me of making up a story. Losing something is upsetting enough, and then being treated that way by housekeeping made it worse. The hotel should improve that department if it wants to protect its reputation. A receptionist named Tram bought me a replacement tube, and I appreciate the help from the reception staff.
