The room was good for the price: an Urban wing double was just under 600k. I wouldn't ask for a high floor, since there's no view and the lifts can mean a long wait. I would've stayed a week and moved to an ocean view room if the place were managed better. The staff were all nice, but the service felt like two-star service. A few things seemed easy to fix. Check-in took 15 minutes although the hotel looked nearly empty. One pool was closed for renovation, and the other was open only 6-11 and 3-8. The lifts stopped on lots of floors with nobody getting on. The TV blasted the hotel's ads whenever we entered the room. Water in the fridge had stickers showing it was chargeable, even though it was the same water as the complimentary bottles above the fridge. That was just odd. The building seems to have around 10 different names for its hotels. Maybe, as in some countries, different brands run different floors, which could explain the poor overall management.

The staff were friendly and ready to help, and the price was reasonable. My room was clean and had good equipment, and there was a lovely, spacious infinity pool on the ground floor. I had a wonderful stay and was very satisfied. I'll definitely come back, and I'd recommend it.
