My first trip to Vietnam was a great experience and good value. The rooms were quiet, the AC was great, and breakfast was amazing. It’s far enough from the main town area that you don’t hear all the noise, apart from occasional road traffic. When I come back, I’d return to Tuy Hoa just to stay at this hotel again. You can’t beat the price.

The rooftop on the 17th floor has a lovely city view, and breakfast was excellent. We had a great five-day stay, though the pool felt much too small when the hotel was busy. The hotel is far from the beach and city center, with no nearby bars or restaurants, so having a scooter is really necessary. It was also disappointing that the restaurants and some other areas were closed, leaving only the 17th-floor bar open. What made the stay special was the staff. Linh and Thi at reception were kind, professional, and welcoming, and everyone we encountered was attentive and helpful. Housekeeping was extraordinary, the women at the spa were wonderful, and the barmaid on the 17th floor was lovely and gave us helpful advice. A special mention to the pickleball man at reception, he was fantastic. Thank you all for the smiles and care. ❤️

The view from the restaurant is really nice, but it didn't make up for a disappointing dinner at such a high-end place. The service was horrible, and they were out of items on the menu. My first order came completely wrong and had to be remade. I ordered a bottle of wine, and they just put it on the table without opening it 😂. The wine was very bad and seemed very old, though they did take it away and didn't charge me when I pointed that out. It was also way overpriced for what you get. The pumpkin soup with scallops had just one scallop, cut into three pieces, which felt ridiculous for $180K!
