I had to leave early because of a strong, persistent smell throughout my room and the hallway. It seemed likely that the ventilation system had been broken for a while, and the bathroom exhaust fan didn't work at all. I told the front desk, but they only said they'd send a technician. Nobody followed up or gave me an update, and nothing improved. Breakfast was chaotic and poorly organized, with the staff clearly unable to manage the number of guests. The hotel also advertised a rooftop bar, but there was no service there. The problems with maintenance, operations, and guest care run deep. I wouldn't recommend staying here unless these basic issues are fixed.

I spent the weekend at this nice hotel in Tuy hoa, beside the beach and April 1st square, and really enjoyed the trip. Thanks to the Wink guide girl named Nau, who seemed to be working nonstop. She was in the lobby when I checked in and was still there when I checked out at 6am. She also prepared a breakfast box for my journey. I'm sure I'll visit this hotel again.

The location is superb, with lots of local restaurants close by. The staff were amazing and very friendly, and our room was neat and clean with the essential amenities. We brought our pet and they welcomed us warmly.

I won't get into all the details, but Quan and the whole team went above and beyond for me. If you're a foreigner visiting Tuy hoa, this is the perfect place to stay.

The bed and pillows are good quality, and the double shades help me sleep well. I’ve stayed at other Winks places, and the Lite room feels better designed for a city stay than a beach trip. There aren’t small touches for hanging wet swimsuits, and an extension cable by the shower wall would be handy. The location is great, though the beach gets busy and noisy from the loud cafe near the Sala area. For somewhere quiet and clean where the water is safe to swim and the sandy slope isn’t steep, you have to go outside the city, to Tien Beach or Mon Beach.
