We were greeted warmly, and the customer service was good.

The hotel is quiet and peaceful, and it’s clean and well kept. My room was spacious, with a king-size bed, and the staff were always smiling. I was the first Filipino to book there. Keep Google Translate handy if you need to ask questions. There’s cable TV and free water, but no breakfast or complimentary coffee. During the storm, the power went out twice while I was there, though they do have a generator. Cam on ban!

The room was large, but it didn’t feel clean. I found chewing gum on the bedside table, and the bed was very hard. The old gray towels had been forgotten, and the phone didn’t work when I tried to call reception.

For a one-night stay, the place was calm and clean. The host was gentle and did all they could to help.

The hotel is okay, but check whether you’re getting a smoking room if you have allergies.
