The location and condition were good, but the management needs to improve. I didn’t check the room carefully before going in, then at checkout I was suddenly told the mirror was broken and had to pay because I couldn’t prove I hadn’t broken it. My suggestion to both guests and hotel managers: take a video of the room and keep it until checkout is done.

Rooms on the 4th and 5th floors have no windows.

The bonsai in the restaurant were beautiful. I could easily spend half an hour looking at how carefully they’d been cultivated. The spa was good too. But the rooms have poor ventilation because there’s a glass wall instead of a window, so you can’t get fresh air. The corridors are dark and hard to navigate, and breakfast choices are limited. There’s a huge “hotel 4 stars” sign, but the official name, Phương Anh, is tiny. My driver had trouble spotting it and checking we’d arrived at the right place.

The rooms were a good size, clean, and had everything I needed. The cigarette smoke smell was awful, though. I guess that’s not the hotel’s fault if some idiot guests ignore the rules.
