The electrical outlet was unusable because its prongs were missing, and there was mold on the wall. For a place described as a "luxury hotel," I found it mediocre at best.

A very nice place to stay for a reasonable price - hotel "Dong Phong Hotel" is located in Vinh Tuong. This hotel is located in the very center of the city. In the morning, have a cup of coffee while looking at the city from the window.
