8/10
The staff were nice and the price was low, though the quality matched it. The room was dirty and in poor shape, and the photos look like they were taken in better days. Even a basic cleaning, not necessarily a good one, could let management charge at least 30% more. For a single night, using my own sleeping bag, it was okay.

It's an old house, and the toilet setup is poor: the sink has no lid and the toilet has no sprayer. In the hot weather, frequent power cuts made it worse.

Trần was a fantastic host, and the welcome felt so warm and pleasant. My room was spacious and clean. Thanks for everything! :)

It's run-down and old.
