The rooms are decent for the price, over 300k VND on weekdays in this area. They were quite clean, with fresh towels and linens, and the air conditioning and Wi-Fi worked well. There are plenty of restaurants and shops nearby, and it’s only about a five-minute walk to the beach. The hotel has a spacious courtyard with a nice view and an elevator. Its central location is easy to reach by bus 01 from Vinh to Hon Ngu Hotel. One concern: the doors are locked at night, with no reception desk and no notice about it. That could be dangerous in an emergency, like a fire.

Be careful about booking here. Guests reserved a room about three weeks ahead and had a booking confirmation code, but were told the day before their trip that no rooms were available. The hotel blamed peak season and said it couldn't arrange rooms. If that was the case, it shouldn't have sent a confirmation code, and it should have let people know earlier so they had time to find somewhere else. People plan and book months ahead to make sure their vacation is secure. Telling them the day before they leave is irresponsible and feels like a scam. A dirty way to treat guests.
