Artmio Hotel Apartment

💔💔💔 I booked through Agoda and arrived to find no room available. I couldn't even see an entrance to the place. When I called, the staff told me they had nothing for me, even though I had already paid 1.500.000 vnd! 👹 I don't recommend staying here. Agoda helped me get the money back, but the whole thing wasted my time. I didn't take any pictures because I was in a rush :(

The staff are really attentive, and the music is pleasant and relaxing. I enjoyed the delicious coffee here, and it's the best place I've been to. They have karaoke on Saturdays, which is a lot of fun. Definitely worth seeing.

I booked three nights at Artemio Hotel and Apartment for Tet through Agoda.com and paid $61.26 USD. Two months later, the hotel emailed to say there were no rooms for my reservation. Their message was confusing and told me to cancel, with no alternative offered. They wrote: "We will be had no vacancies in Feb. As we have some mistakes that you can book our room but we have no vacancies for you. Please CANCLE BOOKING. Thank you for booking." I checked Booking.com and saw four rooms listed for the same three-night stay at $585.00 USD, much more than I had paid. I know oversights can happen, but hotels should communicate clearly and honor reservations or offer a suitable alternative. Tet is a major travel holiday, which makes this lack of professionalism especially concerning. I hope Artemio Hotel and Apartment improves its communication and customer service. After this, I'm questioning how reliable the place is, and I'd urge other guests to think carefully before booking.

The service was warm and the staff were nice. Downstairs there's a tastefully decorated cafe with a stage, where live bands and music performances happen from time to time. The apartment was spacious and clean, with everything I needed, including a washing machine. The bed was comfortable too. It's an easy walk to the Greenline ferry pier, and there are lots of good local food options nearby. I'll stay here again when I'm in VT.
