The beach is only about a three-minute walk away, and there’s a Circle K right next door. I had a great stay: the building seems fairly new, the staff were professional, and parking downstairs felt secure. You may hear some noise on your floor because, as with local Vietnamese motels, the hard surfaces carry sound. At this price, I’m not counting that against it.

I’d stay here again next time I’m in Vung Tau. The rooftop has both a pool and an outdoor kitchen guests can use, and the reception staff and maids were all friendly. The rooms were clean and finished to a good standard. It’s on the Back Beach.
